Roy Theophilus Bent, Jr., CEO and President started Auto Glass Claim Services to be competitive with other auto glass inspection companies in the glass claims industry.

Mr. Bent’s background in the insurance valuation profession as an IACP Certified Auto Appraiser, ASE Master Technician, I-Car Repairman, and insurance appraiser easily transitioned from assisting consumers and insurance companies with personal property and casualty insurance policy claims to appraising, negotiating and settling valuation disputes in the auto glass industry.

Our team consists of insurance policy appraisers and umpires who specializes in the insurance auto policy glass claims appraisal clause process.
